Designing
A professionally equipped graphic design studio. More than twenty graphic designers and product designers. Our own innovative technologies – cutting plotters, printing plotters and prototyping plotters.
Printing House
Five-colour offset printing machine (KBA 162a) and a six-colour offset printing machine (KBA 164). We print on different types of base stock, from 80g/m² to 600g/m² according to the ISO 12647-2 standard. We use our custom ICC profiles. Maximum acceptable size of the printing sheet: 1200 x 1620 mm. Our CTP studio works on a Kodak system. We also use the Kodak® InSite ™ Prepress System, a portal that allows us to quickly accept the designed graphic projects. We refine our prints with dispersion varnish or with PP film. Optionally, the prints can also be refined with UV coating.
Lamination
Two automatic laminating machines with a maximum processing capacity of 60 000 sheets/day. The maximum acceptable sheet format is 1600 x 1600.
Die cutting
Three fully automatic machines, capable of working with sheets with the maximum size of 1200 x 1620. Seven manual die-cutting machines for non-standard applications. A professional workshop for preparation and adjustments of die-cutting tools.
Co-packing Two co-packing lines with a total capacity of up to 6000 pallets/week. A separate hall with regulated internal conditions. A storage area for finished products dedicated for the co-packing services, its surface area is equal to the total area of 2,500 pallets. GHP standard implemented for the purposes of co-packing services.
Logistics
Full logistic and forwarding support. Delivery to any destination in Europe. Operation of storage areas and distribution centres.
